DEVCOGNITIO SAS (hereinafter "DEVCO" or "Treatment Manager", indistinctly), a commercial society identified with the NIT. 901.132.050-3 and with main domicile in the municipality of Medellín - Antioquia, guaranteeing the constitutional right of Habeas Data enshrined in the Political Constitution of Colombia of 1991 and developed by Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, establishes, by means of this document, policies to ensure that people know, update and rectify the information that has been collected in databases. The right to personal and family privacy, good name, freedom to inform and to receive truthful and impartial information is also protected.
